We free businesses from time-consuming legal paperwork, so they can focus on growth.
The founder of Ligo always believed that every business should have access to high-quality legal services regardless of its size. She learned that all small businesses go through the same pain points when trying to properly arrange legal matters: it's complex, time-consuming and expensive. She knew technology was the key to making a change.
Ligo was founded in 2015 and an online platform was created where businesses could easily manage their legal documents and tasks without the need for any technical or legal knowledge. Together with a team of two developers (the same inventors of Tikkie), they launched Ligo.
Over the past years, we have helped over 100,000 businesses to easily create, sign, notarize, and manage legal paperwork and tasks, saving them time and money. Today, Ligo is a platform that thousands of businesses use on a daily basis to start, run and protect their businesses. Every month, hundreds of BVs are established via Ligo, and thousands of contracts are created using our software.
To make this possible, we've brought together a diverse team of individuals passionate about computing, data, marketing, finance, legal, and customer behavior. Today, we're growing fast with our team members across the world!
